Meet Parker Freeman
Exceed Developments is owned and run by Parker Freeman, a hands-on East Texas builder based in Tyler. Parker is on every project himself, from budgeting and planning through construction and the final walkthrough. He has a business degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and real experience building and operating residential property, and he focuses on good design, efficient project management, and homes built to last.
How We Work
You deal directly with the owner. Parker answers the phone, runs the schedule, and walks the job. We tell you what things cost and how long they'll take, and we stand behind our homes with a builder-backed 1-2-6 limited warranty.
Our Work
We started in Nacogdoches County, where we split a 10-acre tract on CR 816 into a 9-acre wooded homestead and the site for Pineywood Rentals, three shipping-container tiny homes we built and still own and manage. Next came a 1,861 sq ft modern farmhouse spec home we built on 1.5 acres in Central Heights. Now we're building in the Tyler area: 540 Chelsea Lane in Bullard was finished and sold in October 2026, and its twin, 226 Chelsea Lane, is available now.
